RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that financial resources are contributing toward Alcoa Business System (ABS) objectives by actively participating in financial audits and strategic planning and through support for strict compliance with ABS and other rules and regulations of the company. 
Provide leadership and coaching for the finance department in an environment of open communication, trust, and confidence. Ensure that adequate skills and knowledge are applied. Lead the finance team at the plant and network with other Controllers in other Alcoa locations
Possess in-depth expertise and knowledge of multiple financial procedures. Plan financial strategies. 
Be recognized by plants, BU’s, vendors, and industry. Be sought out by business leadership for financial judgment on strategic issues. 
Define financial gaps and recognize interrelationships across multiple departments and plants. Be proactive in pulling in appropriate standards and other expertise. Drive and make financial decisions.

负责公司的日常财务工作（报销凭证审核，编制，财务处理，入出金审核）； 
财务报表的作成（月度，年度，能按部门事业核算）； 
部门，事业别财务分析（能按部门进行预算差异分析）； 
财务，税务审计对应； 
面向日本本社的业务请求实务工作； 
能根据中国会计规定制定财务相关制度； 
能根据管理部长的要求作成本社相关财务资料。 
任职要求： 
本科，财务相关专业毕业； 
日语一级相当，能熟练与日方进行沟通交流，具备一定的会话、写作水平； 
熟悉国家会计政策，税务政策； 
熟悉苏州工业园区相关税务申报； 
熟悉国家及苏州工业园区财税优惠政策。
