RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of the works during the planning and construction of medium sized industrial projects.
Crossproject managing key accounts in all aspects of construction work Construction / Civil Engineering
Working out the technical requirements with the client and the conceptual specifications to the project team
Designation and monitoring of external specialist engineers and architects during the planning / tendering
Coordination interface for all involved internal divisions and departments as well as external project partners
Determination of construction and operating costs, pricing of the construction trades
Economics and economic optimization of the planning
System comparisons and analyzes
Inspecting and evaluating the performance of contractors, monitoring the progress of construction and quality control
Assisting in the development and implementation of internal company standards

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Study of Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent system
At least 10 years of experience in industrial projects
Good english communication skills
Self employed and results oriented approach
Team spirit and flexibility
