RESPONSIBILITIES

Check the DMU 3D design (wire harness installation) according to EWIS installation requirements and others systems installation requirements.
Check that DMU processes are applied constantly and the same way all along the different zones
Support the development of processes, methods, and tools that support the design check.
Support design reviews (V$V review, DMU review)
Communicate with design team
Provide check report and indicators.
Other duties may be assigned
 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
Typically has up to 2 years of experience in wire design, experience in EWIS checking and EWIS design would be preferable
Experience in CATIA Electrical Harness Module (2D and 3D design)
Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Understanding of configuration management
Able to understand technical data
Capable of resolving design issues.
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design (CATIA)
Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer application
