RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead NVH engineering team and support quality team for NVH launch issue solving, and also report to management for top issues;
Improve capabilities of NVH Integration/test team to meet requirement from customer ;
Review all related NVH integration/test report from technical side;
Help NVH group leader to lead NVH integration/test team members from project point of view;
Lead to provide qualified delivery of NVH Integration within agreed formats and timescales in time from project point of view;
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with both customer engineers, team leaders and managers.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Personality: Self-motivated, data driven, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on delivering on time. A natural forward planner who critically assesses vehicle performance.
Specific Job Skills: Able to be familiar with process of NVH performance integration, rich experience about virtual/physical S&R assessment and power-train NVH and power-train integration development are preferred;
Computer skills: Must be able to use MS Office. Ability to use all related NVH Test engineering software such as LMS test-lab/B&K/Head, etc;
Education: Master of engineering mechanics and related;
Experience: More than 6 years NVH experience gained within OEM;
Drive license is necessary.
