RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop/publish/train design and process standards in conjunction with global teams
Support Acquisition team with process, tooling and equipment cost
Support Run Offs at tooling/component suppliers to ensure parts meet specifications and capabilities
Responsible for implementing process and equipment standards
Conduct supplier Launch Readiness Reviews
Manage Dies-try out and quality issues
Participate in development of Strategic Planning activities to improve launch performance
Participate on development/implementation of VAVE

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

15 years or more working experience in stamping field of auto industry
Proficient in CATIA, UG and other 3D design software
Good knowledge of autoform, dynaform, CAE analysis software
Good knowledge of mold structure design, stamping process, CAE forming defects analysis and solving
Good stamping field failure analysis capability
Master the high strength steel plate and laser tailor-welded sheet stamping process
Mastering the stamping equipment and production line planning
Familiar with office software and quality system and production management
Good Project Management skills
Welding and dimension the basis of professional knowledge, understand the basic knowledge of white body.
