With the request of the Group leader, execute & fulfill the part design & development independently,
Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
Help the new team members to get integrated into the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop
- AM/FM, Digital(DAB/HD) Antenna system
- GPS Antenna System
- BT/WiFi Antenna System
- GSM/LTE Antenna System
- TV tuner module
- Associated connector/Cable/Harness
or manage supplier to design and develop Antenna & Microphone refer on vehicle system functional requirements. Technically support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer.
Styling & packaging study, homologation investigation, technology feasibility analysis.
Create and maintain technical specification; define functionalities and interfaces for Antenna & Microphone, lead design of hardware & software (if applicable).
Monitoring supplier to deliver functionalities according to functionality release steps, reviewing and tracking of all relevant supplier documentation.
As Interface with test team, follow up integration issues of functions, ergonomics and performance on tests area-- vehicle intensive testing, Labcar testing and bench testing according to project timing plan.
Work with OEM together to manage suppliers with weekly reviews and reports
Analyze failures and prepare failure reports, prepare proposals with suppliers together to close open issues

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree or above.
Electrical, electronics, mechanical, automotive or related majors.
More than 4 years’ experience on automotive electronic system, familiar with electronic Antenna & Microphone development.
Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred.
Familiar with EE system functionality, Infotainment and Acoustics component Asia specification and market trend, Electronics circuit development, automotive validation requirement, automotive function and feature testing.
Familiar with forward development process and manufacturing technology of Antenna & Microphone.
Familiar with electronic hardware and software, knowledge on LIN will be preferred.
Capable of using CATIA and other related tools
Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills.
Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
