RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and ensure the application of the assembly standards in conception to reach the targets：easy to assembly, respect of the synoptic, convergence of the time，fulfill ergonomics requirement, ensure conformity, diversity, packaging, control
To estimate the robustness of the parts definition from the process point of view and to follow the actions plans for the non-robustness of the parts definition ;
To study and to validate the parts easy to assembly and the ergonomic positions;
Ensure the reactivity to the manufacturing plant, by setting up the short and long-term solutions with the designers;
Realize a feed back;
Write the all specifics process specifications for the project;
Argument the robustness and non robustness definition of each new part;

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree or above in auotomotive engineering, mechanical & machine design;
Experience into car assembly design or in parts design;
Mastery of CAD software and Catia V5;
Good knowledge of cars parts constitution, manufacturing;
Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
Adapt to travelling;
The ability to speak German  will be a real advantage;
