RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading Radio/Navi ECU or Mechanical parts evaluation and cost tracking during sourcing, change management and cost improvement;
Implement Cost management process for E/E or Mechanical components;
Develop the body electronics system or mechanical parts and test solution;
Implement Cost Management Process for ECU or Mechanical parts evaluation for sourcing, Change management;
Set up ECU or Mechanical parts cost modle for component function tree, price & raw, material cost matrix;
Cooperate with tooling sepecailsit, Cost Engineering group, Vehicle Cost Engineering, PR, Buyer and other cross functions.
 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English;
Excellent in Excel and PPT, familiar with VBA and Access is prefer;
Component Level: Skilled pricing estimates based upon manufacturing and cost structure of Connectivity & Infortainment or Mechanical Component;
Raw Material Level: Very good knowledge of cost and characteristic of raw, material (PCB, TFT, Connector, Semi-conductor, or Mechanical material);
Cost Model: Familiar with and good knowhow to setup cost model/tools for EE or Mechanical component raw, material;
Addtional: Knowledge of continues improvement ECU and E/E system or Mechanical parts architecture, as prefer;
EE Component including: Radio, Navi, Telematic Module,Integrated Center Stack, Amplifier, Digital TV, Speaker

BS or above in Automotive/Electronic/Mechanical;
5+ years of Radio/Navi or Mechanical professional experience of acquisition/cost estimating/VAVE in Tier one supplier or EE or Mechanical Cost Engineering in OEM;
Knowledge of basic finance and Program Management is prefer;
Think independently and logically;
Do things on ones own initiative;
Accountability;
