RESPONSIBILITIES

Create 3D Design of mechanical parts such as specific bracket, disconnected panels, junction panels or boxes, relays and contactor boxes;
Select standard mechanical part from catalog to meet the wiring harness installation requirement;
Harmonize the position of mechanical part in the aircraft environment;
Apply technical requirements of engineering and production;
Responsible for the weight improvement of his/her design and weight reporting;
Bill of material definition for the design under his/her responsibility;
Enrichment of 3D definition with all the associated notes needed;
Communicate and/or implement design solutions;
Investigate and resolve design issues. 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent;
Typically has up to 1 year of experience in an engineering classification;
Experience to Electrical design in work or school environment;
Ability to read electrical diagram, knowledge of a electrical diagram tools;
Fluent in English (Written and verbal);
Experience with 3D CAD design (CATIA V5).
