RESPONSIBILITIES

 
NVH target setting and breakdown to component level
Distribute design guidelines to Design Engineers in order to fulfill requirements.
NVH performance virtual evaluation, CAE and test results analysis and proposals
NVH testing and reporting
Work with styling team in optimizing styling for windnoise
CAD/DMU analysis of sealing/weather-stripping
ERA NVH development
 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science within Mechanical Engineering
Experience from NVH engineering and testing in automotive industry, at least 15 yrs experience.
Experienced in dealing with NVH issues, including testing and analysis.
Experience of aero/noise development with styling and design team, sealing/weather stripping analysis.
Experience of ERA NVH development.
Good communication skill and fluent English; Teamwork.
