Context:
The role will be in charge of full responsible for package group of complete vehicle department. This position primarily requires the individual to lead the ergonomics work to complete vehicle level architecture and package activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical ownership focused on ergonomics within international project.
Lead team to do ergonomics attributes benchmarking and targets setting.
Lead team to set up vehicle ergonomics requirement and apply it to styling surface.
Lead team to research and fulfill vehicle targets.
Lead team to do ergonomics virtual checking with Ramsis and physical evaluation on seating buck and PT.
Lead team to follow vehicle ergonomics issues.
Manage vehicle ergonomics attributes.
Responsible for ergonomics activities sign-off.
Responsible for communication with customer and suppliers.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

More than 10 years working experience in automotive R&D department.
More than 8 years working experience in complete vehicle ergonomics.
Famous OEM working experience is preferred.
Familiar with complete vehicle development process and ergonomics.
Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5 and Ramsis.
High level leadership qualities, good communication skill, good team player.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
