RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Performance Quality (focus on CCP: Customer Car Profiles) evaluation and benchmarking.
Summarize and analyse 3rd party research information for continous quality improvement.
Develop evaluation method and process align with global strategy.
Monthly updates of region quality key points to global team.
Perform evaluation on new vehicles incl. target setting.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree or above in automative/mechanical discipline.
5 years experience in auto maker with 3 years above driving experience.
Auto maker working experience and familiar with vehicle structure.
Cross-functional communication skills and team work spirit.
Self-managed,works independently to set goals and monitor performance.
Excellent Oral & written communication in Mandarin and English.
Familier with VOC/HOQ (Voice of Customer/House of Quality), JD power, NCBS etc quality servey metherd and analysis reports.
