RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertake the development of components according to quality, timing, cost and technical specifications performances. 
Support in supplier prospecting and assessment
Take an important part during the Request For Quotation stage in- explaining to the supplier the  pecifications and the expected elements.
Follow the AQMPP (Quality Assurance through Product and Process Control) 
Secure the conformity of the prototype parts, define the components validation plans, and validate the supplier design and drawing on CAD
Contribute to the improvement of the design guide using his experience and accumulating the lessons learnt.
Participate to the different quality meetings to define the risks list and risk raising plan using quality tools (PHA, FMEA, FTA, CTFE…) all along the development of the product

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills inluding vibrations, fluid dynamics, thermo-mechanical fatigue, acoustics, industrial process (plastic injection molding, metal sheet process, casting …), high knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine running
Master degree or above in Mechanical or Electronic engineering, notable Engineer University by preference
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive industry R&D, and in project management position
Ability to speak and lead a meeting in English and write reports in English. French or Korean speaking will be an advantage
