RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of various civil works
Supervision and quality control of construction activities in accordance with approved HSC and method statement / shop drawings and recording any non-conformance.
Review civil construction work procedures, inspection test plan,
Ensure that all quality related aspects are in line with the project requirements
Inspection of delivered materials as per specification, quantity and approval,
Maintain the site dairy with construction progress records, quantum of work done, prepare daily reports in line with project procedure,
Maintain site inspections and tests records, etc.,
Preparation of punch list and follow up of the same,
Attend weekly progress meeting and prepare minutes of meeting,
Any other responsibility and work as assigned by senior civil engineer/site manager.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate of engineering university in building
3 years experience in civil engineering or building field
Be capable of working as a team member
Technical Coordination Skills, integrated with the other discipline (Mechanical and Electrical)
Good communication with client, behavior compatible with client requirements to relations with suppliers
English spoken and written
Mobility for travelling inside China.
