RESPONSIBILITIES

Competitor product analysis, relate performance and durability test set up according to the TP/NSC/ISO/FMVSS standards, result analysis and report in English.
Involve in the VA/VE project loop, working with PE to identify the potential design cost reduction.
Assist to purchase components /samples globally, define the component price target reasonable, analysis and estimate the piece cost include material ,labour,logistics, etc.
Understand Customer Technical Strategies and anticipate future component requirements. 
Understand customer product rollout plans so as to understand timing requirements for new products.
Understand and follow Product Design Release Engineer tasks and responsibilities per the Product Development Process.
Benchmark analysis for competitor components.
Understand and follow Katcon's Engineering Procedures, 
May include Phase 0-3 Product Engineering responsibilities.
Utilize I&CIM processes to efficiently resolve technical issues.
Track test project timing and report to Test Manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit.
More than 3 years work experience in machinery industry .
University bachelor degree or above
Seat related working experience is preferred
