RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the implementation of the most important projects; Ensure deliverables in high quality and within agreed time frame and budget; Enhance customer satisfaction. 
To evaluate the project type and nominate caliber project manager to provide presales support in early stage. Assist account manager to mange the issues in relation to project implementation such as feasibility study and decision making on implementation schedule (shipping delivery, installation, IOT, acceptance and training) and budgets. 
To build up a professional project management team and our brand name via quality services to customers. 
To assist sales and marketing team in consolidating the market and acquisition of new business opportunities. 
 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree or above, 10 years in communications industry with minimum 7 years on project management position. 
Knowledge of Telecom Network and familiar with the delivery process and quality management of software projects 
Experienced on tender bidding and possesses related knowledge in legal, commercial and financial aspect. 
Familiar with project management methodology. Trained PM or Certified PMP preferred 
Strong at Schedule Management, Time Management, Cost Control and Budget management 
Abilities on Team Building, Internal and External Communications, identification and problem solving. Good at communication management and conflict management as well. 
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

任职要求:
理工科类专业本科毕业（机械、汽车工学专业优先）
能熟练使用日语（工作用语，
级以上），英语读写交流无障碍（
CET-4
以上）
看得懂机械设计图纸，能熟练使用
OFFICE
软件办公
有日资或汽车行业工作经验者优先
