RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop overall strategy for remote channels to support the business proposition of Consumer Banking in China Lead overall efforts to develop, enhance and rollout remote banking channels and functionalities to support key Consumer Banking propositions in China Key Roles & Responsibilities Develop channel innovation agenda to enhance key CB propositions Responsible for the overall development and end-to-end operations of the remote banking channels, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Proximity Banking and 3rd Party Channels/ System Drive projects on new channels functionalities from idea generation to budget planning, project design, implementation and channel activation Drive and manage all internal stakeholders and external parties (vendors) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Continuously monitor, improve and maximize channel efficiency. Decide on marketing approaches in promoting campaigns. Collect feedback of customer and improve customer experience accordingly Track and manage overall reliability of remote channels by working with key T&O counterparts in country Manage cost and efficiency of remote banking channels   

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

University degree preferably in business or technology More than 10 years working experience preferable in financial industry Relevant experience in managing and launching business projects which include implementation of a technology platform Strong business acumen and technical sense. Strong project management skills from planning to launch to on-going marketing and management. Speaks and reads fluent Mandarin Can manage a team of Project Managers and BAU system service management Resilience, with strong leadership, sense of responsibility, communication and interpersonal skills. Acute in identifying opportunities and resolutions. Result-oriented and strong execution skills
