HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, SEOUL


RESPONSIBILITIES


    Assists with recruitment of staffContributes to the training programs and activities within the officeEnsures training and career development of staffActs as an advisor and source of technical advice to members of his/her team or officeRepresents Company at professional functions and activitiesOversees relationships with his/her identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of serviceAccountable for client relationships and satisfaction; builds strong rapport and trust; raises client expectationsInvolvement with client projects, including interpretation, development of recommendations, presentation of findingsConsistently demonstrates a high level of marketing knowledge and applies to successfully forge strong working relationships with clients (advertising knowledge for agency)New business development amongst existing clients and identification and development of new business opportunities outside the existing client baseActs as a champion for specific tools/techniques

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


    At least 8+ years experience in primary market research of Healthcare (RX) industryProven marketing (research) knowledgeProven intimate knowledge of COMPANY products and philosophy (if being promoted internally)Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and develop new businessStrong skills in leadership and team management, including staff developmentSome background and experience in P&L account managementStrong presentation and interpersonal communications skillsFluency (verbal and written) in English Cultural awarenessWith qualitative interview skill will be the plus
