RESPONSIBILITIES

 
Perform requested tests on LTE products; 
Tune wireless protocol and product's parameters to meet KPI requirement; 
Report and debug test issues with other team members with the support of R&D people; 
Facing telecom operators directly to understand customer’s request and answer questions; 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 
Bachelor/Master in Computer science, electronics/electrical, communication engineering or information technology is a MUST; 
3-5years working experience with GSM/WCDMA/LTE End to End test, over the air or lab test; 
R&D System Test and service execution engineers like network optimization engineers can also be considered; 
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English. Overseas working experience and education background is good; 
Should be familiar with 3GPP protocols, especially LTE protocols like S1, X2, NAS, RRC, RLS, MAC, PDCP; 
Familiar with Unix/Linux operation and scripting, like Perl/Shell/TCL;
