RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning/coordination of production concepts
Assembly time analysis
Participate in P-FMEA’s process
Perform line balancing 
Define process flow and assembly sequence
Ensure assembly sequence and mount ability by virtual tools
Preparation of production documentation (work plans, standard work sheets, assembly instructions)
Simulations of critical parts for GA (mount ability and compatibility with planned tools and jigs)  
Change management (evaluation, documentation and implementation of changes) 
Support launch planning (personnel) 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

technical education, preferably in the automotive industry
process planning experience for more than 10 years
Project experience in the product development in the automotive business
experienced in General Assembly Process (Trim/Chassis/Final)
English fluent in spoken and written (German would be great)
Rough Knowledge about the different logistic processes (JIS, JIT, Kanban, etc.), Material Flow analysis, container concepts, inbound transport systems, basic knowledge of packing activities and its planning Calculation for new, succession or model year change projects
The role of the production process. Interfaces between production and the different functional departments: purchasing, logistics, quality and planning(BIW/Paint/GA)
Excellent computer skills (MS office)
Ability to work on own initiative 
AutoCAD Basic knowledge and CATIA knowledge 
Good communication skills and Teambuilding Skills
Must be prepared to travel
