RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage transmission & hybrid control units
Review system technical specifications for new functions (including CAN, OBD, Diag)
Follow up software development
Manage software functions validation (SIL, HIL, mule vehicle)
Technical issues tracking and troubleshooting
Support calibration and EE System architecture teams
Support prototype build to validate functionalities
Coordination of Suppliers & ESP
Lead project delivery on quality and timing
Continuous improvement of the development process and used tools

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Software or Mechatronics Engineering
5 years experience or more in controls development tools (Matlab), HIL, CAN, and car functions testing
Good experience in project and supplier management
Experience in powertrain electronics technology for the automotive industry
Experience in hybrid powertrain is a plus
Good english communication skills
