DEALER BUSINESS MANAGER, SHANGHAI

This position is the key member of the business management team. Initially, the member needs to lead business management team to build up the dealer business management system and methodologies. Push business management system to be the dealers’ business intelligence system.
The member will have high exposures to various functions of China sales teams, and to deeply understand the end to end business model and work flows of OEM as well as dealers. Afterwards, the member needs to continuously track dealer performance and improve dealer business management system, so as to meet the strategic targets for China. 
Besides, the position needs to participate in the evaluation of potential investors historical financial performance and business plan. Playing a key role to assure the financial stability of the network.  

RESPONSIBILITIES


    Coach and motivate junior team members to meet their career development mission and network department’s business targets.
    Working with other functions to identify KPIs used to monitor dealer performance, to assure the strategic targets of dealer operation management are accurately quantified and effectively under tracking.  
    Working with dealer standard & process team to assure all KPIs to become part of dealer operation standards. Develop auditing and commercial policies to effectively implement business management system. 
    Regularly collect dealer operational and financial data to track dealer performance. To identify gap between our expectation and analyze the business nature behind figures, providing field teams with business insights.  
    Working with field teams to develop solutions (training, incentives, field management strategies…) to improve dealers operational capability and profitability.
    Continuously improve dealer business management strategies and methodologies, to enhance quality of raw data as well as interaction work flows / efficiencies with stakeholders.
    Closely interact with field teams and dealers to know our business / market trend, effectively push our sales target and dealers profitability.
    Evaluating potential investors financial performance and business plan.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


    Bachelor or above, solid knowledge in finance / accounting / economics / operation management, MBA is preferred.
    Deep understanding on financial statements analysis. 
    Above 6 years solid experiences in areas of distribution channel management / operation management in consumer products sector, at least 2 years in automotive sector / consulting firm.
    Strategic thinking and detail oriented working manner, strong social networking capability.
    Ambitious on career development, willing to grow.
