RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & assist site management in implementing company HSE management system
Develop project specific HSE plan
Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine & materials, P&M and other tools and tackles
Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA etc
Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction
Monitor administration of first aid
Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions
Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

10 years experience or more in HSE positions
Experience in power generation industry is a plus
Good english communication skills
Experience in HSE at project sites
